The Lair: The Final Scene

The three of you stand there, unsure of what to do next. Erik is nowhere to be seen, but that, of course, does not mean he's not there. As you look around, you notice several closed, grandly carved doors and you wonder what's behind them. It seems that your curiosity will soon be satisfied as you hear Erik's voice once again.
"Come find me." His voice seems to be coming from everywhere at once. "There are four doors to your immediate left and right. I'll be waiting."
His voice evaporates, leaving you with four choices.
Upon closer examination of the doors, you see that each has a bejeweled insect mounted on it.
On the right, one door has an emerald grasshopper on it; the other an onyx and ruby black widow spider. On the left, one door hold a topaz cricket. On the last door is a diamond scorpion. You pause to look at it, for it is as beautiful as it is dangerous. You reach up to touch it, but before you do, a haunting melody begins to emanate from the room. Which door do you choose?

If it's the door with the grasshopper, go to #30.
If you open the door with the black widow, turn the knob to #31.
If it's the door with the cricket, go to #32.
If you choose the scorpion, proceed to #33.
